Associate Director - Marketplace

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - Marketplace to lead marketplace operations, drive business growth, and strengthen the overall seller and customer experience.

The role will focus on marketplace strategy, operational excellence, seller ecosystem development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead marketplace strategy, operations, and governance.

- Drive catalog, quality, production, and process excellence.

- Build and strengthen a robust seller ecosystem.

- Manage vendors and strategic external partnerships.

- Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams.

- Analyse marketplace KPIs and identify opportunities for business growth.

- Drive process improvements and develop scalable operational frameworks.

- Lead, mentor, and develop marketplace teams.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace, marketplace operations, or high-growth supply chain environments.

- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and business growth.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
