
Description: We are hiring a high-impact Senior Manager / Associate Director Marketing to lead end-to-end execution of our global marketing strategy. This role owns brand building, digital marketing, content creation, demand generation, events, and partner/channel marketing across India and international markets.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and pre-sales teams to build a predictable and scalable marketing engine for managed IT and cybersecurity services.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Convert business goals into actionable annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Lead brand positioning and solution-led campaigns across priority markets.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth:
- Build and optimize demand generation engines delivering high-quality MQLs/SQLs.
- Work closely with sales on funnel conversions, lead scoring, and handover processes.
Digital Marketing:
- Own SEO/SEM, social media, paid marketing, email automation, website performance, and analytics.
- Ensure consistent brand and experience across all digital touchpoints.
Content & Thought Leadership:
- Develop high-impact content: case studies, whitepapers, blogs, eBooks, webinars, solution briefs.
- Craft messaging that resonates with CIO/CTO/CISO audiences and mid-market enterprises.
Partner & Channel Marketing:
- Coordinate joint marketing with technology partners and resellers.
- Create partner playbooks, co-branded materials, and co-marketing strategies.
Events, Webinars & Industry Engagement:
- Drive webinars, roundtables, and participation in cybersecurity and IT industry conferences.
- Build brand recall through strategic event presence.
Brand, Messaging & Sales Enablement:
- Maintain consistent messaging across collateral and digital assets.
- Support product/solution positioning across managed IT, managed security, SASE, compliance, wireless security, etc.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs, campaign performance and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership to refine strategy.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing.
- Strong exposure to IT services / cybersecurity / SaaS / managed services.
- Hands-on experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and content-driven GTM.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, security, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Proven collaboration with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-geography environment.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Preferred:
- Experience working with US + India teams.
- Exposure to partner/channel marketing in IT/Cybersecurity.
