Associate Director - Marketing

About:

- 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally in IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services.

- Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and content-led GTM execution.

- Experience in solution marketing and understanding of IT infrastructure, security, networking, cloud.

- Proven ability to collaborate with sales to drive pipeline.

- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working in a high-growth, multi-geography, fast-paced environment.

- Based in Bangalore (or willing to relocate).

Preferred:

- Experience working with US and India-based teams.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (HIPAA, ISO 27001).

- Exposure to partner/channel marketing.

- MBA or equivalent qualification (good to have, not mandatory).

Key Performance Indicators (First 12 Months):

- Launch refreshed brand messaging and website improvements.

- Deliver targeted MQL/SQL numbers aligned with sales goals.

- Improve marketing-sourced pipeline contribution quarter over quarter.

- Set up or optimise marketing automation and lead scoring processes.

- Achieve measurable growth in website traffic, engagement and lead conversion.

- Execute 2-3 major integrated campaigns (solutions, verticals, partnerships).

- Build a strong content engine (blogs, webinars, whitepapers, case studies).

- Establish a partner marketing cadence with 1-2 co-marketing initiatives.
