Associate Director/Manager - Management Consulting/Strategy - Financial Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for Management consulting / Strategy role for Financial services/banking, NBFC / Retail and SME banking .

Exp: 8 to 14 yrs with MBA from Tier 1 institute

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

This is a client-facing leadership role, suited for professionals who can operate as account leads, drive consulting engagements end-to-end, and deliver measurable business outcomes in fast-paced environments.

a) Lead and manage Financial Services consulting engagements for Banking and NBFC clients

b) Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement programs

c) Design and execute sales effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives

d) Re-imagine and transform digital customer journeys and operating models

e) Deliver strategic and execution-focused solutions using first-principles thinking

f) Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams

g) Lead workstreams and teams through high-paced consulting execution with clear business outcomes
