
- Establish strong partnerships with the functional heads and Managers to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development;
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the Organization; identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the Organizational level;
- Draw up a comprehensive L&D Plan based on the developmental needs and methods identified. Help the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high-impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities;
- Lead the learning and development function with the aim of identifying skill gaps among employees and creating plans to bridge these gaps so that organization objectives are met;
- Conceptualize innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity building needs identified, including identification of external training programs and conferences, the design and delivery of in-house training sessions, enrolment in online learning programs, mentoring, self-learning, and other methods as appropriate;
