Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: - Partner with plant leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives. - Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business goals. - Ensure HR practices align with the overall company culture and values. Employee Relations: - Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively. - Promote positive employee relations and a supportive work environment. - Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions. Talent Management: - Support recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the plant has the right talent. - Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. - Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations. - Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations. 9. Location: Pithampur, Indore 10. Workdays: 6 days working with Alternate Saturdays off 11. Replacement/New Hire: Replacement Hire 12. Interview Process: 3 rounds of interview
