The position is for their Large Corporate segment (Companies/Groups with Revenue from 1500 cr onwards).   - MBA from Premier B School or CA with min 8 years of experience as Sr Relationship Manager managing Large Corporate Segment (Domestic Corporate exposure is preferable) for a Bank   - Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills  - Excellent Credit Appraisal Skills  - Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate  Responsibilities  - Acquire New Business From the Large Corporate Segment.   - Develop strong long-term relationships with Business Houses in with a view to achieving growth targets in line with the business plan   - Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines   - Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with business representatives   - Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level   - Participate in negotiations between the risk management team and the customer, if any   - Communicate the final terms of lending and process sanction letters, security formalities and other documentation   - Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction levels through periodic engagement   - Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a regular basis.   - Expand & Deepen relationships across all group companies & at a HO
