Tech-functional experience in Technology in M&A scenarios (Post & Pre Deal) both.
Must Have Skills :
- Pre-deal technology due diligence, Tech separation/integration planning & execution, TSA support, and post-deal value realization.
- Synergy identification, TSA structuring, interdependency mapping, and post-deal value realization IT/Tech Mergers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support IT Due Diligence, IT Separation, and IT Integration activities for M&A engagements.
- Assess the client's IT landscape, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data environments.
- Identify technology-related risks, dependencies, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Develop Day 1 readiness and post-merger integration strategies.
- Create IT transition roadmaps, synergy assessments, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and executive-level recommendations.
