Seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Associate Vice President - Strategy to join our leadership team at one of India's top Fintech companies. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's long-term vision, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth in a fast-evolving financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic Planning & Execution

- Partner with senior leadership to define and refine the company's growth strategy.

- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.

- Develop business cases, financial models, and execution roadmaps for strategic initiatives.

2) Market & Competitive Intelligence

- Conduct deep-dive analysis of BFSI/Fintech industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor moves.

- Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making at the executive level.

3 Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Business, Risk, and Operations teams to align strategy with execution.

- Drive strategic projects across multiple business units, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

4) Board & Investor Engagement

- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and updates for Board meetings and investor discussions.

- Support fundraising, M&A, and partnership initiatives with strategic inputs.

5) Innovation & Transformation

- Champion digital-first strategies and customer-centric innovations.

- Lead special projects focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and new business models.
