Core Responsibilities

Investment Advisory:

Help funds make smart investment decisions by:

- Designing or reviewing their investment policies (rules for investing).

- Advising on how to divide their money across different types of investments (asset allocation).

- Helping them build and monitor portfolios.

Performance Review:

- Regularly check how well the retirement funds' investments are doing:

- Look at returns, risks, and fees.

- Suggest changes if needed.

Fund Manager Evaluation:

- Help clients choose external portfolio managers (the professionals managing their investments).

- Do due diligence - review strategies, track records, fees, and risks.

Policy and Process Development:

- Assist clients in creating SOPs and policies that match their goals and comply with regulations.

Client Engagement:

- Build long-term relationships with clients.

- Regularly update them on performance and market developments.

Industry Research:

- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices to bring insights to clients.

Project Management:

- Handle multiple client projects at once.

- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
