Role Overview:

The Investment Management Data Product Owner will lead the design and execution of a data strategy supporting investment and risk management functions. The role involves defining the data product vision, ensuring data quality and consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions within an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the data product roadmap for investment and risk data platforms.

- Partner with business and technology teams to align data strategy with organizational goals.

- Lead data quality initiatives and establish governance standards.

- Manage and mentor junior analysts, promoting high performance and innovation.

- Collaborate with architecture, data engineering, and governance teams to ensure alignment with best practices.

- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to influence data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

- 15+ years experience in financial services or asset management, focusing on data-driven transformation.

- 5-10 years of experience as a Data Product Owner within agile environments.

- Strong understanding of investment, risk, performance, and attribution data domains.

- Familiarity with data platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, State Street Alpha, Refinitiv, or Aladdin.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
