Job Description: - CA with tax consulting experience, primarily in the area of international taxation, Postgraduate qualification in taxation will be an added advantage - Past experience working in Big4 would be an added advantage - Candidates possessing entrepreneurial skills are preferred - Expertise in international tax viz. transfer pricing, business transaction and investment structuring and litigation upto CIT; - Expert knowledge on proposed legislation and evaluate proposed legislation - Review proposed and existing client policies to confirm their alignment with current and proposed tax legislation - Expertise in managing and consulting - Effectively organizing and presenting complex issues, results, and recommendations - Assisting clients to complete timely and accurate tax and financial filings - Understanding and interpreting applicable tax accounting standards - Designing, proposing, and working with clients to implement tax strategies that are consistent with their strategic goals - Winning business and growing the client base - Cross selling (Tax and other services) - Client liaison with respect to Finance, Revenue, Customs & Excise, etc.) - Managing and/or contributing to office roles and functions.
