Associate Director - Insurance Operations & Transformation

Qualifications: Bachelors/Master's degree

Knowledge & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Experience in insurance broking is preferred.

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service across diverse stakeholders within a large operation.

- Experience working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.

- Broad operational expertise, including coordination with functions such as Operations, IT, Compliance, and Risk.

- Strong business acumen with an understanding of company and business unit strategy, operating environment, and objectives.

- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, operations management, and implementation of best practices.

- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing teams and major projects or initiatives.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
