Role Overview:


We are looking for an Associate Director - B2C Sales to lead and scale a large inside sales function. This role involves driving revenue outcomes, building high-performing teams, and strengthening sales processes in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead, manage, and scale a team of 40+ inside sales professionals, including team leads

- Own revenue delivery and drive consistent performance against business goals

- Oversee sales planning, pipeline management, and conversion improvement initiatives

- Track and optimize key performance metrics across the sales funnel

- Build and mentor second-line leadership to support team growth and scalability

- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency

- Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and operational best practices


Candidate Profile:


- 4-8 years of experience in B2C sales within high-volume environments

- Proven experience managing large inside sales/telesales teams (40+ members)

- Background in subscription sales, ed-tech, insurance, or loan sales preferred

- Track record of delivering consistent sales performance

- Experience in sales funnel management and conversion optimization

- Strong leadership, team development, and performance management capabilities

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
