Associate Director - Information Technology

Role Summary:

Seeking a senior technology leader to partner with US/Europe IT leadership and drive execution of the strategic technology roadmap. The ideal candidate must have started as a software developer and bring deep architecture expertise along with strong people and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as primary technology partner to US/Europe IT leadership

- Own delivery of application development, platform modernization, and cloud initiatives

- Provide architectural oversight and participate in solution design

- Align technology initiatives with business goals (real estate domain preferred)

- Lead and mentor global teams and technology leaders

- Build capability frameworks and upskill teams in modern engineering and cloud

- Drive metrics for delivery quality, reliability, and performance

- Ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years in technology; 10+ years in leadership roles

- Strong hands-on background as a software developer

- Experience in system architecture, cloud-native development, and enterprise platforms

- Proven experience working with US / Western stakeholders

- Strong Agile delivery and global team management experience

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical depth
