About the Client:

Our client is a global, technology-driven organization with a strong and growing footprint across the Middle East and US focused on building scalable operations and high-performing teams across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution for the Middle East, aligned to business goals.

- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.

- Oversee core HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and L&D.

- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and localization mandates.

- Drive HR transformation through systems, analytics, and scalable processes (HRIS, dashboards, automation).

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA with 12-18 years of HR experience, Middle East exposure is must.

- Proven track record in leading end-to-end HR across multiple countries.

- Strong expertise in Middle East labor laws, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

- Hands-on across TA, Performance, ER, L&D, and Organization Development.

- Strategic, analytical, and execution-focused with strong stakeholder management skill.
