An Associate Director of HRIS at the organisation would oversee HR Information Systems (HRIS), focusing on the implementation, management, and strategic alignment of Darwinbox and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include optimizing HR processes, managing HR technology vendors, ensuring data integrity, and developing HR tech strategies.


Mandatory skills include extensive hands-on experience with Darwinbox and ATS platforms, strong leadership, communication, project management, stakeholder management, and a strategic understanding of HR technology's impact on business goals.


Job Description:


- HR Technology Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for HRIS, including Darwinbox and ATS, to support the organization's HR and business objectives.


- System Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Darwinbox and ATS to enhance efficiency, user experience, and functionality.


- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and performance for the HRIS and ATS, including managing RFIs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards.


- Data Management & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data within the HRIS platforms, and lead efforts to develop advanced reports and analytics to provide insights for HR and business leaders.


- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with HR leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to understand HR needs and ensure the technology solutions meet these needs.


- Process Improvement: Drive innovation and process improvements across HR functions by leveraging the capabilities of Darwinbox and ATS, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach the HRIS team, providing direction and support to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.


Mandatory Skill Set:


- Darwinbox Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with the Darwinbox platform, including its configuration, business process setup, reporting, and user management capabilities.


- ATS Proficiency: Proven experience managing and optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient recruitment and talent acquisition processes.


- HRIS & HCM Knowledge: Deep understanding of HRIS and Human Capital Management (HCM) principles and their practical application in enterprise environments.


- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR technology initiatives with broader business objectives and HR strategy.


- Leadership & Management: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide a team and influence stakeholders effectively.


- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.


- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale HR technology projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.


- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem solving, coupled with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.


- Change Management: Proven ability to drive change and adoption of new HR technology solutions within an organization.
