Associate Director - HR Technology - Own In-House Platforms & Transformations We are looking for a senior leader in HR Technology who can drive the design and development of internal HR systems and lead large-scale transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Technology, and Product, and requires someone who can take complete ownership of building and scaling platforms across the employee lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing: - Lead the design and development of in-house HR systems (not third-party tools) - Work closely with HR, Tech, and Analytics teams to convert business needs into scalable solutions - Own the complete lifecycle - from requirement gathering and documentation to UAT and rollout - Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and define a future-ready roadmap - Drive digital transformation initiatives across HR functions - Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment - Build systems that are scalable, intuitive, and business-friendly - Lead and mentor teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement What We're Looking For: - 12+ years of experience in HR Systems / HR Tech / People Systems - Strong experience in building or managing internal platforms/applications - Background in Program Management / Product Management / Business Analysis - Hands-on experience with requirements, BRDs, UAT, stakeholder discussions - Ability to translate business problems into tech-driven solutions - Good understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle systems This Role is NOT For: - Candidates who have only worked on Workday / SAP / SuccessFactors implementations - Pure HR profiles (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, etc.) - Experience in product companies, fintech, or global captives - Exposure to HR analytics or data-driven decision making - Experience working with global teams/stakeholders
