Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives in a globally matrixed organization.

Location : Shamirpet, Hyderabad (Hybrid 3 days/week) - Company transportation is available.

Experience : 9+ years

Qualification : Full-time MBA (Mandatory)

Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders to design and execute talent strategies that support scaling operations and achieving quarterly business objectives.

- Lead complex stakeholder management initiatives by facilitating alignment between cross-functional teams and HR centers of excellence to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Drive organizational design and change management projects to improve team efficiency and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Oversee end-to-end performance management and talent development cycles to cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous growth.

- Analyze workforce metrics and people data to provide actionable insights that help leadership mitigate risks and optimize resource allocation.

Preferred Background : Candidates from Global CRO, Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or other multinational organizations are preferred.
