Associate Director - Financial Services Consulting

We are scouting for professionals with expertise, who would lead the GCC practice within the Financial Services. This role requires strong experience in Consulting firm catering to Banking/NBFC clients, with expertise across areas like cost optimization, operational efficiency, business transformation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- The candidate must have experience in projects running into cost reduction, operational efficiency improvement, sales effectiveness, digital customer journey re-imagination, performance improvement. Should have delivered strategic blueprint. Developed go-to-market strategy

- Design and execute sales effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives

- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams

- Experience in Digital transformation / customer journey redesign

- Looking for someone to Lead and manage Financial Services consulting engagements for Banking and NBFC clients

- Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement programs

- Strong experience in Banking / NBFC consulting engagements

- Cost reduction and productivity improvement programs

- Operational excellence and transformation initiatives

- Strong Financial Services domain expertise.
