In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients on complex financial reporting matters. You will lead a team of professionals, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities: - Provide expert advice and guidance on financial reporting matters, including interpretation and application of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements. - Assist clients in the preparation of accurate and compliant financial statements, ensuring proper presentation, disclosure, and adherence to industry-specific regulations. - Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and supervision to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. - Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex accounting issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and communicate findings effectively to clients. - Stay updated with emerging trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory developments, and proactively advise clients on their implications. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as audit, tax, and advisory teams, to ensure coordination and integrated solutions for clients. - Assist in business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal development, and identifying opportunities for expanding services. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, professional ethics, and regulatory requirements in all engagements. Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant. - Excellent Expertise of GAAP, IFRS, IND-AS and other relevant accounting frameworks and regulations. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior professionals. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
