Associate Director - FP&A Location: Mumbai Responsibilities: 1. Lead the FP&A function, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. 2. Develop robust financial models and analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. 3. Partner with business leaders to provide insightful analysis, identify trends, and drive actionable recommendations. 4. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and key insights. 5. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis. 6. Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Requirements: 1. CA (2015-2017 batch or MBA (7-11 years exp.) preferred. 2. Experience in financial planning & analysis, with a proven track record of driving business insights and results. 3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. 5. Prior experience in leading FP&A teams and managing complex projects/initiatives. 6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, etc.).
