Description:
We are recruiting for an Associate Director in the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team. Working as an Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of buy-side and sell-side FDD engagements for onshore US member firms.
- Owning the planning, staffing, execution and review of multiple concurrent FDD projects.
- Acting as a technical and quality review lead across Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, cash flow and EBITDA normalisation analyses.
- Reviewing and finalising data books, diligence reports and supporting schedules in line with firm's methodology and professional standards.
- Identifying complex accounting and transaction issues and guiding teams on appropriate resolution.
- Managing Managers, Assistant Managers and Associates, including work allocation, coaching, performance feedback and people development.
- Establishing strong working relationships with onshore engagement teams and coordinating scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Driving process improvement, standardisation and automation across FDD deliverables.
- Supporting knowledge management, training initiatives and best-practice development for the FDD practice.
- Assisting leadership on capacity planning, utilisation management and practice building initiatives.
