Associate Director - Finance & Strategy - Startup

The Context:

We're an AI company doing $12M+ ARR, and we're preparing for the most important financial event in our history a high-value raise or acquisition. We need one exceptional person to own the numbers behind that story.

The Role:

You'll sit next to the founder. You'll build the models, shape the narrative, prep the data room, and track the market so that when we walk into a room with investors or acquirers, every number is airtight and every story is earned.

This isn't a support role. This is the role where your work is what's on the table.

What We Need From You:

- You've spent 3-5 years in investment banking, VC, PE, or strategic finance and you've been close to at least one real transaction

- You build financial models fast and without hand-holding

- You follow the AI market India and global and you have actual opinions about it

- You write the way good analysts write: tight, clear, no fluff

- You operate with high ownership and low ego
