Associate Director Finance & Accounting

Job Description:

- Drive strategic financial planning, annual budgeting, and cash flow forecasting

- Lead accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and audits

- Oversee compliance with Income Tax, GST, FCRA, and other regulatory requirements

- Manage donor grants, utilization reporting, and financial documentation

- Build strong internal control systems and financial governance

- Lead treasury, investment decisions, and manage external financial relationships

- Mentor a high-performing finance team and present financial insights to leadership

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant / CMA with a Commerce degree

- 10-15 years of experience in finance, including 5+ years in a leadership role

- Strong experience in non-profit accounting, audit, and financial compliance

- Expertise in Tally, Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables), and ERP systems preferred

- High integrity, strategic thinking, team leadership, and strong communication skills
