Who is Associate Director - Field Marketing This person has a strong understanding of SaaS-Based organizations. Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing. 7+ years of marketing experience along with 3+ years of experience in managing a team. A passion and strong understanding of SaaS markets and information security tools. Experience with supporting both sales and channel sales teams directly. The Role: The Director of Field Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the company's regional marketing strategy. This includes overseeing the planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in specific geographic areas. Responsibilities: - Hire, train, coach, and lead a field marketing team with a global presence - Manage a six-figure field marketing budget to grow demand for sales teams across geographies - Define field marketing needs in partnership with sales, product, growth and marketing teams' leadership on territory planning and regional sales support - Ensure our global channel marketing strategy can be effectively deployed regionally by enabling our resellers with campaign components and guidelines - Help global marketing functions refine their strategy based on regional feedback - Set the standard to ensure effective collaboration across marketing and sales roles for regional campaign execution, and document those standards in our handbook - Improve field marketing campaign efficiency in terms of ROI and CAC: LTV - Ensure key regions have agency support for translating and regionalizing corporate marketing content - Ensure field marketing contributes productively to the quarterly business reviews of the sales team they support.
