Overview:
A fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS platform is hiring an AD - Enterprise Sales for mid-market and enterprise clients to lead new business acquisition in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure - for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 Account Executives to achieve their quotas.
- Build a consistent pipeline and improve sales velocity, forecasting accuracy, and win rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
- Engage C-level decision-makers at client organizations and position the platform as a strategic solution.
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales playbooks and processes.
Ideal Profile:
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years selling into the US market.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach high-performing sales teams.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Willing to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones.
- High integrity, disciplined execution, and strong relationship-building skills.
