Overview

A high-growth, platform enabling in the e-commerce / martech space is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to own new business acquisition and expansion in the India market. The role focuses on selling to CMOs, senior marketing leaders at e-commerce and consumer internet brands.

Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and acquire enterprise e-commerce accounts.

- Engage marketing, growth, and performance teams at client organizations to demonstrate the business impact on conversion rates and customer acquisition.

- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning, commercial negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless partnership activation.

- Build strong C-level and VP-level relationships in target accounts.

- Drive revenue growth by focusing on volume-driven merchants where BNPL adoption has maximum impact.

- Report on pipeline, forecast, and sales performance.

Ideal Profile

- 6-8 years of enterprise sales experience in India.

- Prior experience selling to marketing/growth teams in e-commerce, internet, or consumer brands.

- Strong network and proven track record in SaaS/martech/loyalty/rewards/growth-tool companies.

- Comfortable selling solution-driven products that directly impact GMV, conversion, or customer acquisition.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Highly execution-focused; thrives in a fast-growing, metrics-driven environment.

Structure - Mumbai-based work-from-office role.
