Associate Director/Director - Talent Acquisition

Seeking a seasoned, strategic, and results-driven Talent Acquisition leader to take complete ownership of our hiring engine. As the Associate Director/Director - TA, you will be instrumental in driving recruitment excellence, scaling hiring operations, and building high performing teams across the organization.
This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the Head of HR. You will lead all hiring efforts, encompassing both tech and non-tech roles, with a primary focus on consulting positions.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in fast-paced consulting environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of client delivery and exceptional stakeholder management. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of complex fast paced hiring initiatives.
You will manage and lead a high-performing, lean team, work closely with multiple business leaders, and drive outcomes across the board-from hiring strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic TA Leadership: Own the complete TA charter, from strategy to execution, encompassing all hiring across consulting, research, and all of international business requirements.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with senior leadership to deeply understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and growth goals, acting as a trusted advisor who drives solutions.
- Niche & Expedited Hiring: Drive high-quality, niche, and quick hiring across specialized roles, ensuring both speed and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a strong team of recruiters, lead from the front, empowering and enabling the team for success.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation: Bring in cutting-edge market intelligence, conduct competitor mapping and landscape, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- TA Technology & Automation: Lead the adoption and optimization of modern hiring tools, including AI-based sourcing platforms, advanced assessment tools, and recruitment automation. Spearhead diversity hiring initiatives and implement AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and continuously improve key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversions, and candidate quality by leveraging data and analytics.
- Process Enhancement: Lead change management efforts to enhance TA processes, improve scalability, and further automate our recruitment operations.
Qualifications: What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition leader with 13-15+ years of progressive experience in a high-growth consulting, product, or fast-paced client-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will clearly demonstrate the following:
- End-to-End TA Ownership: You'll own the entire Talent Acquisition charter, consistently balancing hiring quality with speed across all levels and functions.
- Specialized Hiring Expertise: Strong experience in domestic non-tech hiring (consulting, business, research, strategy) is essential, with a proven ability to excel in niche and quick hiring.
- Experience with tech and digital transformation hiring (including engineering recruitment, IT trends, and emerging tech talent) and international hiring will be a significant advantage. Proven ability to develop and execute targeted campus recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure high-potential talent for specialized roles.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: You'll expertly manage senior stakeholders and business leaders within a global, matrixed structure.
- Data & Tech-Driven Approach: You'll have hands-on experience with AI-based hiring tools, automation, and data-led decision-making. A strong data-driven mindset, coupled with excellent communication and reporting skills, is crucial.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: You'll exhibit strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills, taking full ownership of hiring outcomes.
- Agility & Drive: You're a proactive individual who thrives in high-growth environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and excels at solving complex problems.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is required (technical background preferred). A Master's or MBA in HR is a definite plus.
