Associate Director/Director - Supply Chain Consulting

Job Description:

- Generate sales and lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on supply chain optimization.

- Conduct assessments of clients' supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategic recommendations to enhance supply chain performance and mitigate risks.

- Lead project phases including RFP response, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solutioning, design, build, testing, and go-live.

- Make solution recommendations aligned to scope and client requirements.

- Conduct risk analysis and manage mitigation plans across projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

- Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

- 12+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles, with a track record of measurable business impact.

- Experience in at least one of GEP, Zycus, or Ivalua.

- Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, and/or distribution.

- Demonstrated leadership managing project teams, client relationships, and senior stakeholders.
