Job Role: We are looking for an experienced People Success leader to ensure that all People Success operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. Responsibilities: - corporate plans for a variety of matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. - Lead the current people success team and take direct ownership of strategic projects. - Working hand in hand with founding team to develop strategies / process to retain the culture of the company as we scale. - Create an inspiring learning environment and a rewarding performance driven culture. - Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. - Oversee all People Success initiatives, systems and tactics. - Supervise the work of people success team personnel and provide guidance. - Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards. - Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required. - Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics. Requirements: - Proven experience as HR Leader or Middle management with an overall 4-5 years of experience. - Ideal candidate should have a mix of experience across established companies and startups. - Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives. - Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices. - A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element. - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
