We are hiring for the BIG4 Consulting Firm for Gurgaon Location!

Designation: Associate Director/Director : Highway Expert for a BIG FOUR

Requirements:

Education:

B.E. in Civil Engineering

M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 18 years of overall experience

Proven expertise in:

- Design implementation

- Planning and monitoring

- Asset management, including operations and maintenance (O&M) and tolling for highway projects

- Exposure to at least 8 projects in the above areas

- Minimum 2 projects must be contractually completed

Role:

- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programmes, with a focus on roads and highways.

- Strong grasp of the end-to-end project development lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

In-depth understanding of:

1. Stakeholder obligations and interdependencies

2. KPI tracking and performance management

3. Management Information Systems (MIS)

4. Governance structures and implementation

5. Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and private sector partners.

6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Location:

Based in Delhi NCR, with short-term project deployments as required
