We're looking for a high-impact leader to drive large-scale store network expansion (500+ stores in 12-18 months) for a fast-growing, tech-driven retail ecosystem transforming India's mass market.

What You'll Own:

- Drive end-to-end expansion strategy across markets & micro-markets

- Build & lead a high-performing property acquisition team

- Identify high-potential retail locations using data-driven insights

- Accelerate site closures & streamline decision-making

- Lead commercial negotiations with landlords & partners

What We're Looking For:

- 10-15+ years in retail expansion / real estate / network growth

- Experience scaling multi-location retail formats

- Strong negotiation & commercial acumen

- Proven team leadership & execution excellence

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
