A senior leadership opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to manage and grow key client accounts. This role focuses on owning client relationships, providing strategic direction, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving measurable business outcomes through integrated digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities :
1. Owning and strengthening client relationships while providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
2. Overseeing delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution, adherence to timelines, and achievement of business outcomes.
3. Managing escalations and proactively resolving delivery, operational, and stakeholder issues.
4. Supporting pre-sales efforts through solution design, proposals, estimations, pricing, and client pitches.
5. Contributing to organizational initiatives such as resource planning, invoicing, performance management, and process improvement.
Requirements :
1. Strong hands-on experience across digital marketing disciplines including SEO, paid media, social, content, analytics, and marketing automation.
2. Deep understanding of digital marketing from an ROI, performance, and business impact perspective.
3. Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into effective digital solutions.
4. Experience in B2B marketing and demand generation programs, preferably within digital or technology services.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
