Role Overview:
Associate Director/ Director - Corporate Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting key corporate clients. Your day-to-day will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand business within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations, understanding their business needs and positioning our solutions as strategic assets, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients and internal stakeholders, maximizing deal velocity.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B sales strategies, consistently exceeding revenue targets and expanding market share.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Minimum 7 - 15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and middle office roles.
