Associate Director/Director - Business Finance Controller - Manufacturing Firm

- Lead end-to-end financial controllership across multiple business units, including month-end close, financial statements, and statutory compliance.

- Own P&L governance and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of MIS, board reports, and management insights.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, partnering with business leaders to improve margins, cost efficiency, and decision-making.

- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and audit frameworks, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manage multi-entity / multi-BU finance operations, including consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial alignment across divisions.

- Lead and mentor high-performing finance teams, while acting as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.
