Associate Director/Director - Accounting Advisory

- Provide accounting advisory support, including implementation assistance in Ind AS and other international GAAPs

- Effectively assist seniors / self-initiate in business development activities across clientele by identifying opportunities beyond the scope

- Support a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates

- Lead by example, delegate work successfully and develop and maintain high performing teams.

- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback to the team

- Monitor time and manage deadlines of the assignments and ensure quality of deliverables

- Support / Work on preparation of proposals & budgets and ensure timely billing and collections from the clients

- Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively and provide periodic technical trainings to the team members.

- Ability to perform in a client facing environment and act as the SPOC for all client related issues

- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach towards assignments

- Ability to work independently and with the team to efficiently manage projects according to strict deadlines

- Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships effectively
