Role Overview:

The Assistant Director/Deputy Director (AD/DD), CEO Office, plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in strategic decision-making, driving key initiatives, and ensuring smooth organizational operations. This role involves working closely with senior leadership across various business units, providing analytical insights, and facilitating effective communication to achieve the company's objectives. The AD/DD acts as a key liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, contributing directly to the company's overall performance and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the CEO in developing and executing strategic plans by conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis.

- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for the CEO to facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate and manage special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic priorities.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration.

- Identify and analyze emerging trends and opportunities to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.

- Support the CEO in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government officials.

- Oversee the CEO's schedule and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.

- Facilitate meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve critical issues.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a Tier 1 institution preferred.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
