What Youll Do:

- Lead and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads & revenue

- Own omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, events & partnerships

- Collaborate with sales, marketing & product teams for GTM alignment

- Drive hyperlocal acquisition, retention & engagement strategies

- Analyze campaign performance & optimize conversion rates and ROI

- Manage budgeting, forecasting & resource allocation

- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional alignment

- Own revenue planning and business growth deliverables

What Were Looking For:

- 7-12 years of experience in Demand Generation / Growth / Marketing

- Background in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Merchandising

- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills

- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics & performance tracking

- Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets & KPIs

- Masters degree in Marketing / Business or related field
