Associate Director - Delivery Marketing We're hiring for Asia's largest B2B managed marketplace for digital services. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and currently employs 90+ spread across Tech, Sales, Operations, and Design and has served over 1000+ clients worldwide. The startup has raised capital from a few top global VCs and has closed its series A recently. It has grown 10x in revenue over the past 6 months post funding from a couple of VCs and plans a 30x growth over the next 12-18 months. The startup is looking forward to building a world-class product for buyers and vendors and thus hiring for product and engineering leadership. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the delivery division in the organization - Align the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals with that of other departments - Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning - Defining and executing IT strategies by curating a roadmap for account growth, in addition to IT processes and policies that drive efficiency - Contribute to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans - Liaison with clients for delivery, demand management, billing and new opportunities. Program manage post-sales execution of the startup - Maintain awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards. Supervisory Responsibilities : - Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department - Oversees the daily workflow of the department - Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations - Handles discipline and termination of employees by company policy. Work Experience : - 7+ years of work experience in roles such as techno-business roles, strategy & operations, consulting, program management, etc. - Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills - Deep industry knowledge of 1-2 B2B Industries - Handles discipline and termination of employees by company policy.
