
About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics.
What you will do:
- 12+ years experience in data visualization across the full SDLC: requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support for business applications.
- Strong capability in data modelling and BI front-end development, delivering dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, N-Printing, and Tableau.
- Solid understanding of Qlik Sense/Tableau architecture, including platform components, deployment patterns, and integration considerations.
- Skilled in enhancing UX through Vizlib and other commercial extensions to improve usability and adoption.
- Strong grounding in dimensional modelling and data warehousing concepts, including star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables, plus Qlik Sense Section Access and Set Analysis.
- Proven experience implementing security controls for Qlik Sense and Tableau applications (e.g., access governance and role-based permissions, working knowledge of authentication mechanisms including LDAP and SAML).
- Team leadership experience, providing guidance on critical and high-priority issues and supporting delivery under tight timelines, including task prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight.
- Process and data analysis capability, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing more efficient strategies, Recommend improvements to security, scalability, manageability, and performance with a focus on resilient, production-grade solutions.
What you will need:
- Expert in developing reports on Qlik-Sense, Qlik-N Printing tools and good knowledge in Tableau or Power BI or Looker development tools.
- Working awareness of additional data visualisation/BI platforms (beyond Qlik and Tableau), enabling informed tool selection and cross-platform collaboration.
- Preferred Skills: Looker, Vizlib, React.JS, License Management.
- Good to have: Qlik-Sense/Tableau, PMP.
