Associate Director - Cross Border Compliance & Regulatory Governance

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive governance activities relating to legal entities operating across global jurisdictions.

- Oversee regulatory compliance frameworks and support regulatory obligations across multiple regions.

- Lead cross-border governance initiatives and provide guidance on jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.

- Support legal entity restructuring, governance transformations, and regulatory change initiatives.

Profile Required:

- 12+ years of experience within Regulatory Governance, Compliance Governance, Legal Entity Governance, Regulatory Change, or Cross-Border Governance.

- Strong understanding of financial services regulations across international jurisdictions.

- Experience working with global stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.

- Exposure to legal entity governance, regulatory programs, governance frameworks, and control environments.

- Demonstrated experience leading governance initiatives, policy reviews, and regulatory change programs.
