Associate Director - Credit - Infrastructure & LCG - Credit Rating Firm

The position is with Credit Rating company and they are looking for Group Head - Infrastructure & Group Head - LCG

Location - Mumbai

Job Profile:

1. Cases and assignments undertaken by group head in the year

2. Sector reports / criteria commentary publishing

3. Execution of projects

4. Inputs and commitments towards strategic /quality decision making

5. Development & improvement of methodology for sectors

6. Minimize Sharp Rating Migration Cases/Rating Quality

7. Ensuring quality and readability of rating report as well as rationale, press releases etc.

8. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to be able to handle complex situations

9. Ensuring timely completion of rating assignments.

10. Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors & and bringing important facts to managements notice.

11. Operational Audit Qualifications

12. Presenting the case in the Rating Committee Meeting

13. Maintenance of MIS, quarterly results/ no default statement, rating reckoner etc.

14. Leading & guiding the team of analysts working in the team.

15. Monitoring and measuring productivity of team members

16. Model the leadership behaviors and coach and mentor junior staff

Skills:

- Banking, Cash Flow, Finance, Credit Rating, Financial Projections, Credit Analysis

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Fluent in English

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Leadership skills
