Role Overview:
The City Lead (Associate Director) will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations and management of multiple facilities within the assigned city. This role involves ensuring operational excellence, driving service delivery, optimizing costs, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction across all sites. The individual will lead large on-ground teams and collaborate closely with the Regional Lead to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire facilities portfolio for the assigned city - covering both soft and technical services.
- Ensure seamless facility operations, including housekeeping, security, landscaping, maintenance, pantry, transport, and vendor management.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and cost management.
- Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and operational targets.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and safety regulations, implementing EHS best practices.
- Manage multiple sites and serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a large, diverse team - including facility managers, engineers, and service partners.
- Drive initiatives in energy management, sustainability, and space optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, HR, Finance, etc.) for smooth operations.
