Responsibilities:

1. Leading a dynamic consulting team and driving client delivery excellence.

2. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify client challenges and co-develop strategic use cases.

3. Designing consulting frameworks and guiding proposal creation for high-value engagements.

4. Engaging with Tier II lenders, AMCs, insurers, and investors to deliver actionable insights.

5. Partnering with fintechs and third parties to co-create comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements:

1. 7-12 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business transformation roles.

2. Strong background in Banking, Capital Markets, or Buy-Side firms (AMCs, Insurance, PE, AIFs).

3. Proven expertise in financial services solutioning, consultative selling, and client engagement.

4. Experience in areas like M&A, digital/fintech consulting, operational benchmarking, and growth strategy.

5. Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution.
