Role Overview:

As the Associate Director - Compensation and Benefits, you will be a key leader in designing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business strategy. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent, driving overall organizational success.

- 10-15 years of experience in a compensation role. A mix of consulting and field C&B is preferred.

- All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen.

- Familiarity with one or more of the leading Job Evaluation frameworks.

- Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.

- Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors.

- High level of Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.

- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage

- University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required

- Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonus

- Self-confidence: Confidently conveys their knowledge and know-how to others. Commands the respect of others through their subject matter expertise and enthusiastic approach for building client's brand awareness and creating a unique place for each of clients.

- Ability to improvise: Because organizations are always evolving and changing, able to foresee and implement multiple solutions.

- Excellent listening skills: Before solutions can be discovered, problems need to be fully understood. Carefully listens to the needs of clients to implement solutions that address their specific needs.

- Trustworthy: Develops strong relationships with clients, based on integrity and trust

- Ethical Standards and Confidentiality: Acts in an honest and trustworthy manner in all interactions. Ensure company policies, programs, and culture reflect a high integrity environment. Upholds the highest standards in maintaining confidentiality of client and company data.
