Associate Director - Cold Chain Strategy & Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Cold Chain Strategy & Infrastructure, ensuring end-to-end integrity of temperature-controlled logistics. The role will focus on optimizing cold storage networks, driving process improvements, managing vendor performance, and implementing advanced monitoring systems for perishable and specialized products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cold storage infrastructure strategy, including refrigerated warehouses, blast freezers, and temperature-controlled environments.

- Drive capacity planning and thermal packaging optimization to prevent operational bottlenecks.

- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards such as GDP, HACCP, FDA, and EMA.

- Manage audits and performance of cold chain vendors, 3PL partners, and reefer transport providers.

- Deploy and oversee IoT-based temperature monitoring and establish rapid-response protocols for temperature excursions.

- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency, minimize risks, and strengthen cold chain reliability.
