Associate Director - Category Demand Management - eCommerce/Retail

Hiring: Associate Director - Category Demand Management.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience: 8 - 12 Years.

MBA from Tier-1 Institute preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic Category and Business Leader to drive the Demand side of a high-growth Sports, Footwear and Athleisure category.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own P&L, revenue growth and annual/quarterly business plans.

- Drive pricing, margins, consumer acquisition and retention.

- Lead on-platform merchandising, catalog curation and product visibility.

- Develop traffic, digital marketing and category growth strategies.

- Drive major platform events and category activations.

- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ professionals.

- Partner with Marketing, Product, Tech, Supply Chain and Buy-Side teams.

- Use data and consumer insights to drive business decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in eCommerce, Retail or FMCG.

- Strong P&L and revenue management experience.

- Expertise in merchandising, consumer behavior and digital marketing.

- Experience managing mid-sized teams.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to Sports, Footwear or Athleisure is preferred.
