Looking for AD Business Strategy (BFSI)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for a client-facing strategic consulting role with a leading Indian banking client. This role is ideal for tenured Associate Directors / early Directors from top consulting firms who bring strong expertise in business strategy and transformation within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business consulting engagements across the Indian Banking / Financial Services sector

- Drive business strategy, GTM strategy, and transformation initiatives (financial, digital, and commercial - non-technical)

Deliver end-to-end consulting projects, including:

a. Problem structuring

b. Due diligence

c. Strategy formulation and execution roadmap

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

- Lead client interactions and presentations, ensuring high-quality delivery

- Mentor team members and contribute to practice development

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 8-12 years of total experience with 8+ years in management consulting

- MBA from Top Tier 1 B School

Domain Expertise:

Strong exposure to:

- Indian Banking sector

- Financial Services consulting

Hands-on experience in:

- Business Strategy

- GTM Strategy

- Transformation (financial, operational, commercial)

- Due diligence / market assessment
