Job Title: Associate Director - Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

Role Summary:
As the Associate Director - BPR, you will spearhead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, driving process re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness. You'll lead cross-functional programs, design customer-centric journeys, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals through robust solutioning and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Transformation Leadership:
- Drive enterprise-wide process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead global and regional transformation programs from opportunity identification to benefit realization.
Customer-Centric Design:
- Architect processing journeys aligned with Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters and customer expectations.
- Embed customer insights into process design to elevate experience and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Execution:
- Implement transformation programs that span multiple business units, enhancing collaboration and performance.
- Deliver measurable improvements in client experience, cost reduction, and operational agility.
Solution Design & Governance:
- Manage end-to-end solutioning (IT & Non-IT), ensuring strategic alignment and scalability.
- Define and enforce performance standards using formal methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
Continuous Improvement & Metrics:
- Develop actionable KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
Risk & Compliance Alignment:
- Collaborate with Risk Stewards to ensure solutions comply with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Integrate risk controls into process design and execution.
Market Intelligence & Benchmarking:
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform process innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to future-proof operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven track record of 13+ years in business process transformation, preferably in BFSI, Telecom, or Tech sectors.
- Strong command of process engineering tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.).
- Experience in managing large-scale transformation programs across geographies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
